Location of Appearance: Settling Basin, Small Pond, and Big Pond.

With a length of 15 centimeters, the Prinia subflava (tawny-flanked prinia) has a mostly brown back, extra-long tail feathers with undertint fine horizontal stripes, dark brown wings with light-colored fine edges, white eyebrows, and yellow-white cheeks and prone surface. It shows up in farming lands and open grasslands of ground level to intermediate altitude areas. Often seen to stand on the top of grass, loudly letting out “Di, Di, Di” sounds to announce its existence.
